How we collect, use and protect your personal data on this site.
1. Data controller
FuerteVenture, a sole trader (autónomo) based at Calle Pardelas 2, Corralejo (Las Palmas), Canary Islands, Spain. NIF/NIE: Z2647920G. For any question or request about your personal data, write to info@fuerte-venture.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact forms and questionnaires on the site:
- Name
- Email and/or WhatsApp number
- Nationality
- The optional answers you give in the orientation questionnaires (Real Estate Interest, Business/Franchise Interest, Match): indicative budget, preferences, experience, timeline and similar
We do not collect payment data on the site: no purchase or payment takes place through fuerte-venture.com.
3. Why we use it
We use your data exclusively to:
- Respond to information requests sent through the site's forms
- Assess the compatibility between your profile and the businesses/properties available, to suggest a personalized recommendation (Match Questionnaire)
- Follow up with you about your request
We do not use your data for newsletters, automated marketing, or transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the explicit consent you give when submitting a form (the consent checkbox is never pre-checked), or based on our legitimate interest in responding to a contact request you voluntarily initiated.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data for a maximum of 24 months from your last contact with us. After this period, if there has been no further interaction, the data is deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion at any time, before this deadline, by writing to info@fuerte-venture.com.
6. How questionnaire results are processed
The Match Questionnaire processes the answers you provide (budget, experience, goals) according to a declared and transparent calculation logic, to suggest which business in our catalog might best fit you. This is not an automated decision with legal or significant economic effects: the suggestion is always followed by human contact before any commitment.
7. Who we share data with
Your data is processed exclusively by FuerteVenture's internal team. The site is hosted on Netlify, which acts as our technical provider for hosting and receiving contact form submissions: data sent through the forms therefore also passes through its infrastructure, under that provider's own terms. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
8. Data transfer
The hosting infrastructure we use (Netlify) may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers take place in accordance with the safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You can also withdraw consent already given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@fuerte-venture.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
10. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data collected from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.
11. Minors
This site is not directed at people under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without the consent of their parent or legal guardian, please contact us so we can remove it.

This notice may be updated over time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
